I Don't Remember My Username/Password
Don't worry! The login page where you would sign in with your username and password has a 'RESET USERNAME / RESET PASSWORD' function. Please click either of these to reset your username or password.
I Never Received an Email Confirmation After Registering
If you never received an email confirmation from our system, please go to the login page, hit the first button that says 'I am a Wurth Customer with an Online Account' and in red you will see text that reads: RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Please click that link and type in your email address.
I Still Want My Sales Representative To Stop By If I Shop Online
Your assigned Sales Representative will still visit you as scheduled if you place your order online with Wurth USA.
I Have Multiple People Here Who Order - Can They All Have Their Own Username?
Yes, just have each person using our site register with a unique email address and username and use the same account number. You will be able to have your parts manager and service manager for example at the same dealership use our site.
I Have a Contract Price Agreement - Will I Get This Pricing If I Shop Online?
Yes, any special terms and conditions connected to your account are also available when you order online. Please just make sure you are logged in. If you do not log in, we cannot guarantee you will receive the same pricing.
